The Ask: To hunt down and uplift the unseen small businesses featured in film and television.
The Story: This project was a labor of love for so many folks at Chiat, and it let me sharpen my online detective skills. I was brought in about halfway through the project, and was tasked with digging through Youtube footage, spotting, researching, and vetting countless small businesses featured in our favorite films. And after spending hours upon hours digging through the internet, I helped come up with the idea for a Google Maps guide of all the small businesses we’ve found.
